Combining Our Systems - What You Need to Know

Here are a few key points to be aware of:
  • Download all statements and activity/history before Friday, May 16th
  • ACH files must be remitted by 4:00 PM on Friday, May 16th
  • Mobile and Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) deposits must be completed by 5:00 PM on Friday, May 16th
  • The Republic Bank of Arizona's online banking portal will switch to "view only" access after 5:00 PM on Friday, May 16th
  • All current debit card holders will receive their new debit card by Friday, May 16th.  Once you receive your new card, please activate it on or after Monday, May 19th.

Opt-In Required

To access Pima Federal's financial products and services, you will need to become a member of the credit union. There are no costs to you or other annual renewal requirements to be a member of Pima Federal. This is a one time "opt-in" process available to all Republic Bank of Arizona clients.

Access to Locations

Beginning May 19, you will have access to all 13 branch locations within the following counties: Apache, Maricopa, Navajo, Pima, and Yuma. Approval Received for Acquisition

March 17, 2025
Pima Federal Credit Union (“Pima Federal”) is pleased to announce that it has received regulatory approval to acquire Republic Bank of Arizona (“Republic Bank”).  The acquisition is scheduled to close on May 2, 2025, marking a significant milestone in their commitment to expanding their services.
 
 

Acquisition Announced 

May 16, 2024
Pima Federal Credit Union (“Pima”) and RBAZ Bancorp, Inc. (OTCPK: RBAZ) (“RBAZ”), the holding company of Republic Bank of Arizona, an Arizona state bank (“Republic Bank”), announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement whereby Pima will purchase substantially all of the assets and assume substantially all of the liabilities of Republic Bank in an all-cash transaction.
