Thomas L. Van Overbeke (Tom)
 Mr.
Van Overbeke is a Director and the President and CEO of
RepublicBankAz.
Mr. Van Overbeke has over 25 years of experience in the financial
services industry. Prior to accepting this opportunity Mr. Van
Overbeke has been President and CEO of three successful community
banks. The most recent of which was a de Novo banking organization
in Las Vegas, Nevada. Under his leadership, each of these
organizations increased significantly in total assets,
profitability, and asset quality. Tom has served as Director for the
Iowa Bankers Association, The Webster City, Iowa, Chamber of
Commerce and the Webster City Economic Development Commission. Tom
has served as a Trustee for community hospitals in Webster City and
Pocahontas, Iowa. He was a member of the UNLV Foundation, as well as
many other local charitable organizations. Tom has been an active
participant in both industry and community activities. Tom is a
graduate of Buena Vista University as well as a graduate of the
Graduate School of Banking at Boulder, Colorado. Tom’s wife, Kim is
a nurse and they are the parents of two children. Their Daughter
Tasha is married and resides in Chandler, Arizona. They have one
son, Tanner who is still at home.

Richard P. Madigan II (Rick)
 Richard
P. Madigan II is the bank’s Executive Vice President and Chief
Credit Officer. Mr. Madigan has over 27 years banking experience in
the Phoenix market. Mr. Madigan began his banking career in 1981
with Valley National Bank of Arizona where he worked in various
departments including retail branches, consumer loan centers and
regional commercial loan centers. In 1989 Mr. Madigan joined
Citibank Arizona as Vice President and Community Banking Manager
overseeing 4 regional loan centers. While Citibank was exiting the
Phoenix marketplace, Mr. Madigan accepted a position with Zions
Bancorp’s Arizona subsidiary as Director, Senior Vice President and
Chief Credit Officer. After the subsidiary was merged into National
Bank of Arizona in1994, Mr. Madigan accepted the position of
Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Founders Bank
of Arizona, an independent community bank located in Scottsdale. Mr.
Madigan remained with Compass Bank after it acquired Founders Bank
in 2000 as its Executive Vice President. Rick has served as a
Director of the YMCA, Florence Crittenden and Robert Morris
Associates, as member of Rotary, local Chambers of Commerce; and as
volunteer for Junior Achievement and United Way.

Rodney D. Larson (Rod)
 Rodney
D. Larson is the bank’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer. Mr. Larson has over 20 years of experience in the financial
services industry. Over his career he has had expanding lead
financial roles as chief financial officer, controller and corporate
tax manager giving him a wealth of experience. He most recently
served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of an
institution that began as a de novo institution growing to over $400
million in total assets. Starting as controller, he later became
interim president of that institution guiding it through a merger.
Previously, Mr. Larson was Vice President, Assistant Controller and
Corporate Tax Manager for a multi-billion dollar institution in
Minnesota, later acquired by US Bancorp. Mr. Larson is a CPA. His
five years with KPMG Peat Marwick helped prepare him for his
financial career. Rod thrives on the challenges inherent in running
a bank and says that meeting these challenges and rewarding all
involved is one of his main motivators.
